A Park with a difference

Swaleside Park is a caravan holiday-home park situated in an exclusive position in the North Yorkshire countryside. The Park sits directly alongside the River Swale, set in a beautiful village location within the famous “Herriot country” and offering a place of quiet seclusion to our caravan owners.  Our facilities include:-

  Fishing . . We have probably the best stretch of fishing on the River Swale retained exclusively for our members and their guests.

   Boating . . An uncrowded stretch of the river makes messing about in small boats a pleasure.

   Country Walks . . Swaleside Park is conveniently situated for those who love walking in the countryside.

  Bird watching . . We have both resident and migratory birds together with many species of water birds.

  Photography . . Birds, bats, moths, butterflies or whatever takes your fancy. They’re all here!
